Civil Service Programs: Med-Well proudly offers pre-employment and annual medical/fitness testing for our Civil Service agencies. Specializing in understanding the aerobic and performance needs of firefighters and police officers, our programs meet or exceed nationally established standards such as NFPA 1582 and the California Peace Officers Standards and Training Guidelines (POST).
Corporate Wellness: We offer a complete list on on-site evaluations and educational presentations, tests such as Blood Pressure, Body Composition, Flexibility, and more. Presentations such as "Ten Steps to Better Health" by Dr. Gerard Guillory, Partner Massage, and more.
Health and Wellness Tests: Med-Well offers a comprehensive list of physical fitness and medical tests, accentuated by our 12 Lead EKG Functional Stress Test. Other tests include complete blood profiles, and multiple fitness tests. Please call for details on our complete list of tests.
Massage Therapy: Med-Well's Massage Therapist offers a wide range of massage such as deep tissue, trauma touch therapy, swedish, hot stone, reflexology, thai, shaman and intuitive.
Personal Training: Med-Well offers a beautiful , fully equipped private facility where fully certified and educated staff provide safe and effective training and functional fitness programs.
Post Rehab Programs: Our training staff offers conditioning programs for medical referrals with Clinically Diagnosed Conditions. Programming for medical and rehabilitative needs is specific and requires specific training and knowledge. Our staff possesses these qualities.
